Start with the numerator the business actually wants.

A lead only belongs in the numerator after it clears your qualification threshold. That threshold can include budget, authority, need, timing, and ICP fit. Without it, a “conversion” can mean almost anything.

The landing page is more controllable than the auction upstream. You can change the offer, questions, proof, performance, and definition of qualified.
